mischief managed.
i'm stealing this title from many a blogger. but it fits, so there you go. the movie was great and i can't believe it's over. i love this quote from Jo at the London premiere: "The stories we love best do live in us forever so whether you come back by page or by the big screen, Hogwarts will always be there to welcome you home."

it's harry potter week!
because this week is the premiere of the very last harry potter movie, my blog will be all harry, all week! i apologize in advance for those blog readers who do not share my affinity, but all will normal next week.
up first: does anybody have an idea who this dapper young gentleman is?
that's neville longbottom! can you believe it?!
can't find a photo credit, except that it's an article on myspace .

continuing my paris fascination . . .
i saw midnight in paris last night and was entertained and intrigued. i often feel like i'm living in the wrong era so i loved that storyline.
it was so fun to see all of the different outfits, especially those from the 20s.

a lot of the references went over my head but it seemed like our theatre was filled with older people who spoke french and knew all of the jokes. just reminded me that i still haven't read the great gatsby or anything by hemingway. shoot.

i also loved the modern clothes, especially in this scene. those pleated pants and the belted shirtdress are so great!
while i was searching for these pictures i found a lot of pictures of rachel mcadams at premieres for this movie and just had to share:
